Unexpected challenges with service staff

The front desk staff greeted us warmly and were genuinely helpful with our dinner choices. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay overall.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred when we raised a concern about the lack of a hairdryer. It took multiple prompts for them to locate one. Breakfast was also disappointing.

The lady at the front desk was kind , but the sad truth is the floors needed vacuuming. The breakfast? More like a disgrace than a meal.

The breakfast was surprisingly nice, they offered a variety of milks for coffee, including oat milk which I never seen before. They surprised me with unique sauces like hot sauce and Korean gochujang, who even thought that would be at a hotel, right?
